    The goods came after 3 weeks.
    The box was crushed but it appears that the pillow was not damaged.
    The instructions are in Chinese.
    I would expect that any order shipped to outside of China would contain at least instructions in English.
    Even the lettering on the box does not indicate a website where I can access user instructions and the above product description has no mention of the manufacturer's name.
    Please let me have user instructions in English.

    I got this for a bus ride to DC- it was nice – made sleeping easier – make sure you have a rechargeable battery though because it needs to be plugged in

    Finally got my massager !!! Hurray))) I chose for a long time,it turns out it is not a mistake.I know it's not the hands of a real massage, but it will do to relieve fatigue, it is convenient when you are sitting in front of watching TV!     The massager came in two weeks. The box is all crumpled, but the goods are not damaged. Pros: different massage levels, massage deep. Cons: You need to buy an additional charge for 5 W. Charging from the phone does not fit!

    A good pillow, as in the photo, except for white gray. Massages, the neck holds well. It's been three weeks. Recommend!

    I did read the comments of others here and understood how unlucky i am. I have nothing good to say, the one i received doesn't work properly, it makes a lot of noises but the motor/rotating part is extremely weak. For me to feel anything of the rotating, i need to lean against something, or lying down and even than its weak and it even stopped with rotating a few times. Wish that i had same experience as others here, been waiting for more than a month for it to arrive only be left very disappointed with the product. Hope i get my money back.

    Product as described, works very well. The massage is strong. I loved. The package arrived fast, but arrived fully mixed box, as Erq gift had to buy a new packaging.
